$300.00 per hour ($200 per hour for landlord/tenant disputes), regardless of the number of parties, billed in increments of 1/4 of an hour. Divided equally among the parties (unless agreed otherwise). Due at the conclusion of mediation.

Unless the parties agree otherwise, all mediations will be held via Zoom.  In the event the parties prefer to mediate in person, the parties will be responsible for all facility costs.  There is no charge for up to 2 hours of travel time (regular hourly rates apply to travel beyond 2 hours).

While not required, all parties are invited to submit any relevant information for review prior to the scheduled mediation.  Information may be shared in hard copy, via e-mail or via telephone.  There will be no fee for up to one hour (per party) of pre-mediation review.  To ensure sufficient time, please submit all information for review at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled mediation.

There is no fee for up to one hour of post-mediation follow up.

No cancellation fee if canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.  If canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, minimum fees (2 hours for half day/4 hours for full day) apply.  If a mediation is set unilaterally and the non-scheduling party fails to appear, the scheduling party will be responsible for the entire mediation fee.  Minimum fees may be excused if cancellation is due to an event beyond the control of the parties. Mediations may not be continued or rescheduled without the consent of all parties.
